This is the only resource of its kind, and while we are really fortunate to have a collection of other supportive material I was not able to find a weekly journal that simplifies the complexity of all that a manager juggles while helping them remain focused on the key outcomes they need to deliver.This journal does not replace your team weekly planning docs, 1-1 docs, meeting agendas, design docs, etc. Instead, it is meant to complement these tools in a way that is personal and tailored for you as an engineering manager.
